The organization chart shows the management positions with authority to act on behalf of ATW. The President is also the Accountable Manager and as such is responsible for ensuring that personnel follow the Quality Control policies and for serving as the primary contact with the customer. The Foreman also welds, serves as the Chief Inspector for Quality Control, and fills in for the Accountable Manager in his absence. Two of the other four welders, are also Quality Control Inspectors. Administrative duties are handled by the Administrative Assistant and the Billing Clerk. The Drivers are responsible for delivering work to and from the customers.

The ATW personnel are listed on the personnel roster. The Owner/President is Doug Salkewicz. The Foreman is Steven Chandler. In addition to their regular duties, two of the other four welders, Kenny McCraw and Joshua Smoyer, are Quality Control Inspectors. (Mr. Salkewicz is also available, if needed, as a Quality Control Inspector.) The personnel roster also identifies the educational background, seniority, and authority associated with each employee.
